My friends at Etsy UK recently got in touch, asking if I’d like a voucher to spend on whatever I liked from their huge range of goodies. To which obviously I said, ‘Er, yes please!!’. In case you’re not familiar with Etsy, it’s like going to a huge market, full of folks selling all sorts of gorgeous handmade home accessories, jewellery and art. Vintage is also very big on Etsy, from retro 60’s homeware to beautiful French brocante fabrics. It’s definitely a case of sitting down for the evening and having a good browse, especially if the idea of battling through the crowds to do your Christmas shopping fills you with dread!
I had already seen a few of these divine cups floating around on Etsy’s social media, so I made it my mission to hunt them down to go on my my kitchen shelves. As most of you know, I take tea drinking very seriously, and the humble cup is a treasured vessel in my home. These sweet cups are by Megan Louise Ceramics, and they remind me of the pastel beach huts I love so much down in Southwold. The jug is going to look so perfect in the spring with the first blooms from the garden in it. They arrived beautifully wrapped, and I will treasure them.
I also treated myself to some other lovely things which I will share with you when they arrive!
Have a wonderful Tuesday – I am off to do some styling this afternoon. In case you missed it yesterday, I posted my Country Living Feature for those of you who weren’t able to get hold of a magazine – you can see the post here!
