I know I’m not the only one saying this here in the UK right now – but Hurry Up Spring! The countdown to the clocks changing has started (8 days apparently!) and we all need some light and warmth. Not only that, but I need to do a mammoth clear up in the garden and at the allotment. Hmm, not enough hours in the day. Plus more snow is forecast for tomorrow!
Anyway, here is some pretty spring cheer, as here are the photographs I took at our recent Norwich Styling Workshop. It took place at the beautiful Park Britannia, and we had another brilliantly inspiring day with all who attended. I brought some of my painted backdrops with me which went down a storm, and the light from the windows was so perfect for photography. Thanks again to all the lovely people who attended, it was so lovely to meet you.
Country Styling Workshop
So good news if you missed out on the Norwich Workshop – I’m delighted to announce that Katie and I will be running a styling session at the Country Styling Workshop, an event organised and hosted by my lovely friend Paula of the blog Hill House Diaries (see her Instagram here), and Instagrammer Natali Pendleton. The event is on 25th April, and the venue is the beautiful Fishley Hall, Norfolk.
I would love to see you there!
The day will include lots of lovely chat about social media and Instagram, Katie and I will be bringing our vintage props for you to play with, and showing you how to style and take striking photographs. There will be a delicious lunch, followed by making a floral arrangement in the afternoon. There will of course be a Q&A with all of us, and at the end you get to take home a gorgeous goody bag! Full info and rundown of the day plus tickets, are available on Katie’s website.
I have a super busy week next week, and instead of getting a panic about it, I am going to breathe deeply and take each day as it comes! I’ll be back here on Sunday with my pretty Easter feature for Reclaim Magazine, and incase you missed my last post, you can see it here.
Have a wonderful weekend folks!
