It's so lovely to be back home after my little Lincolnshire jaunt. Today I am catching up with the usual household chores and getting ready for my parents who are arriving this afternoon.

I love these doors so much, which are made from old pallets, I'm painting each plank a slightly different colour for a mismatched look, which is a great way of using up some of my sample paint tins!
My new fridge arrived last week, and I'm in love. Ten years ago I wouldn't have believed that I would get so excited over an electrical appliance, but nowadays simple things make this girl very happy!
