Chocolate Rocky Road

Hello!

It was half term last week, and come Thursday, the weather had become pretty chilly and overcast, so we decided to do some baking.  I say baking, but actually this was a very easy ‘no bake’ recipe for Rocky Road that I found here (love a bit of Nigella!).  The children loved helping to weigh the ingredients, then we simply melted it all together in a pan, and left it to set in the fridge for a couple of hours.  Very, very chocolatey and delicious, needless to say it didn’t hang around in our house for very long!
