Evening Sunshine Snapshots

Hello everyone
This year has absolutely flown by, I can’t quite believe that we are heading into November at a speedy pace. It has been a year of change here this year, both in work and at home.
Flying the Nest
My girl turned 18, and has now flown the nest to the next stage of her life, university. She has gone to uni in Cornwall, and I’ve booked a little long weekend to go and hang out with her soon. I’m very excited to see the sea, walk along the beach and sit in cosy pubs next to roaring fires! She is studying textile design, and I can’t wait to see where it takes her. Lola is very aware of the problems that fast fashion is causing to our planet, so sustainability is at the forefront of her mind. I’m excited to see what she creates, and how she finds her niche in this fast moving world.
My Photography Work
When it comes to my photography, I have learned so much over the last 18 months. As well as my interior photography, I have being doing a lot more fashion photography, which I am absolutely loving. It came as a bit of a shock to me, as I thought I only wanted to do interior photography, and that I couldn’t photograph people, but I really do enjoy it so much! You can see my people/fashion portfolio here.
Treasure Hunting
My vintage treasure hunting this year has been absolutely amazing, I’ve found some really gorgeous things! As always, I have so many photos to share with you, so now that the nights are drawing in I’ll be posting a bit more often.
Anyway, I took these snaps in September, when I took a moment to stop and appreciate the evening sunshine and the shadows in my sitting room, so pretty.
I will be back with some more snaps soon!
