Hello everyone!

How is this week treating you so far?  And more importantly, where is April going to?  This year is whizzing by, and now and then I’d like to press pause!

I’ve barely been at home the last couple of weeks what with being away on shoots (am sat in Camber Sands writing this!), and squeezing in a quick trip to London to see one of my dear friends.  On Friday I’m really excited to be going to a sneak preview of the lovely Jessica Zoob’s new painting, which is her biggest yet.  She has been sharing little clips on Instagram and it looks absolutely gorgeous, so I can’t wait to see it up close.  I’ll be snapping away so watch this space for some pictures of the event!

I then have a quiet weekend with the children planned, which I’m so looking forward to.  If the weather is fine, then I might treat them to lunch at The Waffle House in Norwich, in return for me taking some snaps of the stunning wisteria outside St Giles Church.  When I walked into Norwich on Monday morning I felt a little cross with myself, as I had missed the blossom and the pavements were awash with pink petals. I was too late this year.  So I need to get some pictures of the wisteria for you to compensate!

In other news, I am SO excited to share that the house and I (we come as a pair!) are featured in Mollie Makes Magazine this month, which has just hit the shelves!  Here’s a snap of my copy, I’m so happy with the lovely words and the pictures are amazing (Thank you Matt Keal Photography!)

These flowers were foraged from my lovely Mum’s garden when the children and I went down for Easter (with her permission I might add!)  How beautiful is that Camelia?

Have lovely evening!

Tamsyn x

  • Oh how lovely, it’s funny, I never normally buy Molly Makes although it looks like a gorgeous magazine. I shall make an effort to go out and get this one though – I love seeing pictures of your gorgeous home! x
