I had a play with these petals last week, just for the fun of it (I know, so indulgent!), but it was much needed. November is shaping up to be pretty busy with lots of travelling to London for shoots, so I'm treasuring these quieter days.
So I completed my challenge of posting every day this week, and I'm so pleased! It was important to me to get back into the habit of it.
It's that time of year here where things get busy and I have to 'make hay whilst the sun shines'. My bread and butter work as a stylist and photographic assistant gets busy, due to the longer daylight hours.
Here are some pretty ranunculus for you all. I love how they look like ballet tutus, and the way the edge of the petals turn a vintage blush pink is just divine.
Wishing you all a very happy International Women's Day. Here is some blossom for you all to enjoy! Alas not foraged from a tree, but from my local supermarket. The blossom buds are still tightly coiled here in Norfolk.
In a bid to broaden my creativity, and shoot exactly the sort of photos I feel like shooting at the moment, I set up a little second Instagram account after Christmas.
