We had a flurry of snow yesterday. I grabbed the opportunity with both hands to throw some props into a rucksack, and to trudge out to the heath opposite my house to get this shot.
I am signing off for a few days to enjoy some time with my children. I would like to wish you all a very Happy Christmas, with lots of love and magic!
My lovely mum gave me a 50mm lens for my birthday, and I've had lots of fun shooting with it.
Back in October, I styled a shoot for a local magazine, for their Christmas issue. They asked me to get a tree, so off I went to track one down! The kind folks at Norfolk Christmas Trees gave me this 6ft Norway Spruce, which I duly carted off to the location and decorated for the shoot.
Once banished to the kingdom of unfashionable chintz, the vintage embroidered tablecloth or doily is on trend again after a little re-working with the help of scissors, glue, needle and thread.
