Two Ways To Decorate A Christmas Tree- Part 2

Hello everyone!

It’s the last weekend before Christmas!  Good luck if you are braving the shops.  I went out with my gorgeous gals from the office I used to work at last night, so I’m going to bake some mince pies today and do some serious lounging on the sofa!

In case you missed my post yesterday, you can see it here – for my second tree look I went for shades of pale, with silver ornaments for a touch of shabby chic, probably my favourite look out of the two.  I made the stocking out of linen and old lace tablecloths (check out other ways you can upcycle old tablecloths here).  I was lucky enough to find the old ice skates from a car boot fair, but it’s well worth a look on eBay.

I have plotted the rest of my posts in my diary and  I have just about enough days to share them all with you!  What is it about the run up to Christmas that makes times go super fast?  I hope you all have wonderful weekend, don’t forget to stop and enjoy the magic from time to time!

Thank you so much Marja, so glad you like it! 🙂

  • Equally as Beautiful! I love the contrast between your two trees, especially since they appeal to the fact that I have two sides of my home with very different characters to decorate. My drawing room is deep red and can take stronger colours, whereas our family room is lighter, and paler and more scandal and would suit this tree. All I need now is for you to come over and decorate it all for me – haha! xxx
